“Make My Day: Ep. 3 – Tahiti, Teahupo’o”, Video by Jeremie Eloy


On the south-west coast of the island of Tahiti, French Polynesia, lies Teahupoʻo: a village, reknown for its surf break and heavy, glassy waves offshore, often reaching 2 to 3 meters (7 to 10 ft) and reaching up to 70 feet. Teahupo’o is referred as the heaviest wave in the world and recorded on the ‘Top 10 Deadliest Waves’ list elaborated by Transworld Surf’s.
In this video, Jeremie Eloy kite-surfes this giant with amazing control and great fun. Teahupo’o has been conquered by many top windsurfers and by kitesurfers since 2006.

Neon Night Surfing in Bondi


On summer eve, 17 Strongbow surfers rode the waves of Bondi Beach, Australia, with glowing gear. The event was celebrating the arrival of welcome summer. Strongbow cider and the legendary surfing filmmaker Jack McCoy (Endless Summer II) organized the event. Hundreds of people watched the spectacle from the beach and the Iceberg balcony.

La Grave, A Skier’s Journey

The Christmas Planet, First Earth Sibling

The Christmas planet, known as Kepler 22-b, was revealed on Monday 5th at NASA Ames Research Center. It is the most Earth-like world yet discovered. Standing outside our solar system, the Christmas planet is one of thousands discovered via the Kepler space telescope. But it is the first right in the middle of the Goldilocks zone: not too hot, not too cold, just right for life (average surface temperature is a balmy 72 degrees Farenheit).
